Completed in January of 2004, this 18,206 sf office building is located off of Shore Dr. in the Eagle River Business Center adjacent to Reed Merrill Park. The two-story, multi-tenant structure has a shared-entry lobby on the ground floor. The exterior materials are a combination of brick, stucco and stone, with aluminum storefront window systems. The design responds to its park-like environment and proximity to the Boise River with its materiality and multiple fenestrations that connect the inside to the outside, providing a harmonious interior and work place.
