This 16,000 sf building designed by erstad ARCHITECTS opened the last week of October 2008 and features sustainable design practices, flexible/modular interior space, as well as contemporary forms, materials and finishes.  The project is seeking LEED Gold certification from the USGBC for sustainable building features and practices.  Some of these features include: highly efficient electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems, low VOC paints, coatings, adhesives and sealants, natural day-lighting to over 90% of interior spaces including all offices, cotton insulation in all exterior walls and building materials containing both post consumer and pre-consumer recycled content.  VengaWorks also participated in the Idaho Power Building Efficiency Program.
