Grammercy is a mixed-use 76 acre development consisting of retail, commercial and residential components that are tied together with a clearly defined network of roads, pedestrian paths, and micro parks. erstad ARCHITECTS was the lead designer for the overall master plan, as well as the architecture for the central retail component that acts as a gateway into the community.
