erstad ARCHITECTS was involved with Bown Crossing from conceptual master plan, complete design of the four-block, 51,000 SF Marketplace, through construction. The Marketplace serves as the heart of this mixed use community in southeast Boise. The master plan for Bown Crossing involved several components such as residential, commercial, civic, and land-use planning.
