Clark Development, Veltex LLC, and Erstad Thornton Architects received a 2004 Orchid Award from the Idaho Historic Preservation Council for their collective contribution to historic new construction of The Veltex Building, Main and Fifth streets, Boise.  

According to a press release, this award is given to new construction that enhances a historic neighborhood or historical theme.  This is Erstad Thornton Architects' third Orchid Award said the release.
