This “green” neighborhood is planned for the lower foothills of Boise’s north end.  The project has been approved by the City of Boise as a planned unit development and is scheduled to begin the plat process in the near future.  All 27 homes are designed to be built to achieve LEED certification.

By promoting design and construction of homes that have much higher performance levels than conventional homes, green homes are healthier, more comfortable, more durable and more energy efficient.
