This 16,000 SF building designed by erstad ARCHITECTS opened in 2008 and featured sustainable design, flexible/modular interior space, and contemporary forms, materials, and finishes. The project was awarded LEED Gold certification from the USGBC for sustainable building features and practices. Some of these features include: highly efficient electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems; low VOC paints, coatings, adhesives and sealants; natural day-lighting to over 90% of interior spaces including all offices; cotton insulation in all exterior walls; and building materials containing both post-consumer and pre-consumer recycled content.
