Jessica graduated from the University of Idaho with both a Bachelor and Masters of Architecture Degree. Jessica moved to Idaho from Florida as a kid, was shuttled back and forth, and after finishing high school in Florida returned to Idaho for good. She began working with erstad ARCHITECTS while attending the U of I, probably because she could get a discount at the Flying M coffee shop. She ventured out for a period to work at a smaller local firm and then returned to eA, coming full circle. Jessica appreciates the opportunity to work closely with clients, understanding their needs as well as the project requirements, and anticipating the steps involved to reach the desired, brilliant outcome.
Outside of work, when Jessica is not working on maintaining the simple elegance of her mid-century home, she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes two ‘children’ dogs and her partner Cathy – also an architect. Jessica is also very involved with the Italian American Club of Boise, having served on the club’s board for the past 4 years. She’s an award winning Pasta Sauce maker and Bocce team player champion with the trophies to back up such claims.
