True West Beef, a new venture by AgriBeef, partnered with local ranchers to create a state-of-the-art beef processing facility. For this project, erstad designed the employee support areas to reflect a “ranch feel,” blending professional and rustic styles. The administrative offices, cafeterias, training rooms, and locker rooms feature large windows offering views of the Sawtooth Mountains, filling the spaces with natural light. Full-size wall images of the surrounding landscapes, ranch fields, and cattle bring a sense of place, while a central courtyard with the True West Beef brand provides a gathering space for employees, enhancing the authentic ranch-like atmosphere.
