Located right on the Greenbelt, the design offers a seamless continuation of experience from the boardwalk across 41st Street. Other amenities include three guest suites, an automated parking garage, a 9th-floor lounge and fitness center, and a 10th-floor spa deck. Residences will range in size from 600sf to 2,400sf.
