At erstad, we’re proud to have contributed to Forge International School’s unique International Baccalaureate program in Middleton, Idaho. Completed in 2019, Phase I of the flagship building houses lower and middle school programs, administrative offices, a full-sized gymnasium, and a kitchen.

Inspired by the surrounding rural and industrial regions, the building features rustic materials such as real wood siding at the main entry and corrugated metal cladding on the gym. Gabled roof forms in corrugated metal serve as wayfinding cues at each wing entrance. Inside, vibrant color blocking adds visual interest, reflecting the youthful energy of the school community. We’re honored to have played a role in creating an innovative environment for Forge International School.
