Gem Prep Nampa is a cutting-edge K-12 public charter school spanning 40,000 square feet across two stories. Designed to foster student success in a post-secondary landscape, the school embraces a blended learning environment enriched with innovative technology integration. Collaborating closely with our client, we crafted a vibrant and cost-effective solution capable of accommodating up to 730 students.

The academic space features a dynamic layout, including 15 traditional classrooms, 6 larger rooms with adaptable partitions for enhanced flexibility, 2 versatile flex rooms, and a fab lab to inspire creativity and hands-on learning. These spaces orbit around a central core housing essential amenities such as restrooms, commons, and dedicated student collaboration areas. Further enhancing the school’s versatility is a multi-purpose gymnasium. Inside, a spectrum of interior finishes—from vividly painted walls to abstract carpeting and restroom tiles—creates an engaging and stimulating environment conducive to learning.
