New Path Community Housing

New Path Community Housing is a 40-unit permanent housing facility for chronically homeless persons. It is the first facility of its kind in Idaho, providing a transitional home for qualifying individuals. Residents gain vocational training and other life skills, with the ultimate goal of gainful employment and avoiding a relapse into homelessness. erstad ARCHITECTS worked closely with the local service providers (Terry Reilly, CATCH, BCACHA, etc.) to incorporate their needs and ensure the facility would function smoothly. There is a large community room, fitness room, outdoor courtyard, management office, on-site manager’s living quarters, and spaces for on-site service providers.
