The Boardwalk Apartments is a mixed-use apartment community on the Boise River Greenbelt, at 41st Street. The design draws inspiration from the natural effects of the flow of the Boise River. The curved and terraced facades step away from the greenbelt mimicking the striations that the river carves into its banks. The project contains 234 apartments, complete with underground parking, rooftop jacuzzis, and a pickleball court. The six ground floor restaurants open onto the expansive public-use boardwalk plaza.
