This project is a tenant improvement spanning the lower, middle, and upper levels of the building. The lower level has been redesigned as a learning environment, featuring multiple classrooms, including one large open classroom that integrates three flexible learning spaces. One of these classrooms is enhanced with a kitchenette and coffee bar to support both staff and student use. The upper level has been transformed into staff offices and a dedicated breakroom, creating a functional and supportive workplace. The middle level remains largely unchanged, except for material upgrades to align with the overall design, along with an updated restroom and closet. Beyond the interior, the project extends to the exterior with the addition of an outdoor classroom, stage, and gathering space, and provides opportunities for classes and events.
